SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and aim to fulfill your order within within 3 business days pending item availability and payment verification. 

Shipping is done via USPS. We offer $6 standard shipping for items under 5lbs and $12 standard shipping for items over 5lbs (unless otherwise noted, please read item descriptions carefully!). 

International Shipping is not available at this time, SORRY! 

RETURN POLICY

It is the dream of Chancey Bazaar that you be completely happy with your purchase! 
If for some reason you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipping date. Before sending back your item please email hello@chanceybazaar.com in order to get your return approved and to receive further instructions.

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original  packaging. Please pack these items very well and insure them for the full amount! We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order.

Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Chancey Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit. :(
